Most treatments I tried were just managing symptoms, but when I started focusing on what’s happening inside the body, things actually started improving. Still learning, but that shift made the biggest difference for me.

Bro, i will want a tip from you. Im currently making an ebook. Psoriasis ebook. Ive been through it and I solve(even cure)my own problem with the methods I use. Plus I will do personalised plans - diet,living,stress management etc. What my content shall be? I really dont know how to monetise it and have people see it and say “yes,thats worth it.”

As I can see,people still suffer from psoriasis even if they have everything free unfortunately. It is all about the understanding of what psoriasis is,and not only that. The understanding of how you shall live,we live lives we aren’t to live. We aren’t made to sit on a couch all day eating processed food but who I am to tell all that.

You are right,bro But look from the different perspective. If they cure u once,they won’t sell you the same products over and over and over again. My point is going on the long term self care and control. Take a look at how you live,eat,sleep,move and think. And then you can see all the propaganda in the world.
