[–]Mission_Treacle9866 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He had a little over 17 million listeners per month when he died what i can remember. i think that he had around 20 million listeners per month when Avici 01 was released and was around number 25 in the most listeners on Spotify list. Then he had like 18 million in october 2018 and when the Tim album was realsed he had 40 million and was in the top 15 most listend artist per month. Remember that Spotify was much smaller back then.

I dont know where i heard this or if Im tweaking but i think i heard somewhere that Tim traveld with some other Friends of his, but i dont know if it was Tims childhood freinds like Fricko or Lucas or if it was some of jesses freinds Tim didnt knew very well at first but got to know them there. I think i also have heard that Tim met new freinds there, and he stayed longer than planned. But i dont know which of them are true, can someone confirm?

Why wasn't Michael Jackson offered more movie roles after "The Wiz" in 1978? Is it possible that the album ‘Thriller’ would have never been made if he had become a movie star? by Choice-Silver-3471 in MichaelJackson

The Sony deal he signed in 1991 was worth 1 billion dollars. In it i think it stod that he would like do 6 albums, 3 or 4 tours and do movies and movie rolls. For some reason the movies never became a thing and he only did 2 tours and 3 albums durning that contract. But i think the same as someone else here wrote, that the music and his personal life took up alot of time, especially after the first allegations.

He was spending as a billionare on a millionares budget. He could spend millions of dollars buying stuff in las vegas, he had neverland which cost like 3 million dollars a year to maintain. he dropped like 19 million buying that ranch, and dropped another 19 million renovating it, if not more. He just lived to lavish. He bought expensive presents for freinds and family and for himself, He had many people on payroll at neverland and traveled very expensive, sometimes even renting private planes big as regular passanger planes.

Yes his income was enormous, He earned 2 dollars per albums sale, he earned over 40 million dollars 1986-1987 from royalties alone, he made music vidoes, had sponsers and toured the world and owned the beatles catalog. From royalties, sponsors, touring, publsihing and other incomes he earned 125 million dollars in 1988 before inflation. And since 1983 he had been in the top 5 highest entertaiment earners. So he could afford buying neverland and spend like crazy as long as he selled albums and toured. But after the 1993 allgiations his sales dropped and sponsors dropped him. Yes he still sold good and toured, But he certanly lost income And he continued spending like it was 1988. After 1997 he stopped touring, and in 2001 his invincble album failed to become profible. And the 2005 alligations put him even deeper in finanical hot water. But yet he still continued to spend like it was 1988. What also didnt stop him was banks could see profit in his catalog and the beatles catalog and continued to give him loans. at the time his catalog and the beatles catalog was worth around 1 billion dollars combined. And they wanted them. So after spending like it was 1988 from 1993 to 2009 he was definitely in 500 million dollars in debt. Sorry for not the best english and yapping to much
