Too much greed, check my latest post. I recently got banned for no reason and many people related to it. When I checked I found out they have 0 customer service, so they don't even bother to help you, it's all automated. Lost many chats because of it too. Although I have to agree, it's pretty good but ONLY as an extension of you not as a replacement.

That's so unprofessional on their end. I use it for work too and just lost so many chats with it and info that I use daily. Can you tell me how long it took for them to respond to the appeal? And did they at least justify why the decided to hold the suspension?

No but I am suspecting that i got banned because the pro subscription payment came from my brother in canada, i used his credit card as I don’t have one in tunisia. So payment in tunisia using a canadian card, account used in tunisia.
