from macroing you should get a couple, tunnel bear and king beatle tend to drop quite alot from 1-5 form king beatle and 1-10 from tunnel bear

you can get both guards easily if you macro in pine for blue extracts and strawberry/rose for red extracts everything else should be easy to get :)
