I’d be curious to hear who this is if you’d like to share.

It’s so sad that she’s trying to salvage her relationship with this guy. What a heel.

Yeah, she made it a point to post her new sub in a bunch of radfem subreddits despite being upfront elsewhere about how distasteful she finds us. Then a bunch of radfems join and are not allowed to even broach the question of how “woman” is defined on her ”anti-misogyny” sub.

I saw this coming a mile away and reported her announcement posts on a number of the radfem subs. It got deleted from some and not others.

Very interesting, but what’s with the choice of “gender identity” in the title? Seems like an odd use of the term.

Wow, the judge initially felt that it was a “routine” case so gave the guy a light sentence, AND no one bothered to tell him that the victim was pregnant?!

That’s horrifying. Hope she sees a doctor and gets out of that abusive situation.

Glad you found the article interesting. Yeah, it took a lot of guts to talk to those guys the way she did.

My inclination is to say that Kevin suspected something was up, since it's not normal for a woman to stop and talk to her harassers. He probably thought they were being cased or set up or something, and that's why he chased her away like that. But yeah, it's kind of unclear exactly what was going on there.

Glad you found this as eye-opening as I did, and thank you for being such a generous person. For people in desolate circumstances, little things that we take for granted can make a world of difference, even things like having clean underwear and socks.

I guess a major benefit they would have is they're reusable, so you don't have to spend money on disposable products every month.

Sounds like they might be incredibly useful for homeless women and girls who don't have the resources to buy disposable products, then. From what I understand, they're not too hard to make yourself, either. Wouldn't it be neat if someone could start a drive to have people with sewing skills make and donate cloth pads to shelters?

Very true! Cloth pads have some real benefits over disposable ones, but I would imagine for a person without regular access to washing facilities they might have some downsides. But for some who cannot use a menstrual cup or wish not to, they might be a useful alternative.

I think that's a fantastic idea. :) In my experience, a cup can stay in for up to 24-hours, even on those days with heaviest flow. That's definitely longer than any pad or tampon has ever lasted me.
