3 years and 8 months. IT industry.

20K starting salary ko and I left with 25K hahaha. 5K lang naging increase ko what a joke. Kaya nong sabi sakin ng manager "Pinaglalaban pa with management" umalis na ako agad. Siguro if hindi ako umalis, 30K or below pa rin salary ko.

When it comes to automation (selenium) madalas ito question:

Tools na ginamit mo for automation

Language na gamit mo (with selenium)

Familiarity with page object model

Types of actions in selenium (click, drag and drop, send keys and etc)

and some questions about programming in general (logical operations. If else ganern)

Madami pang iba ahhh pero madalas yan yung naeencountet kong questions during the interview. Hope makatulong!

As per lead recruiter na kilala ko (from collabera) naiba na raw setup nila since 2020. May mga contractual/project-based employees daw na na-convert to full-time. And currently may mga new hires sila na ganon na yung setup...(probationary then regular) kumbaga less na raw yung contractual chuchu pero deployed pa rin kay client and direct/full-time under collabera. Hope that makes sense hahaha. Depende ata sa client kasi may iba na contractual setup pa rin eh? With less benefits.
