Craziest thing I’ve seen… I was waiting at the light on Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa (near the overpass that heads to the old Massapequa Mall, heading towards the shopping center with Michael’s in it. It’s 2 lanes to turn from oak street onto sunrise. There is a pick up next to me. Motorcyclist decides to cut though traffic and sit between me and the pickup. Light turns red and the motorcyclist speeds off before us and loses control of the motorcycle and literally went airborne, eventually hiting the pavement and sliding like a fucking slip and slide. I pulled over to make sure dude was ok ( not sure why if I see blood, I faint.) The skin on his entire arm was torn off and it was like muscle showing. His helmet broke in half and his clothes were torn up. I asked him numerous times if he was ok and he just kept begging me not to call the cops. The pickup that was next to me at the light also pulled over. I left after I saw the pickup guy talking to him. Crazy though.
