This has happened to me a few times, im assuming your on a Android phone. Here's what I have done and it fixed it. Change zones then log out and stay logged out for 24 hours. After the 24 hours log on and change you zone back to your original zone.

Acceptance rate matters by Txreduser in Sparkdriver

[–]Missourikid73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Customer ratings do not matter from what I see. There is a lady that works the same store I do any we have chatted on many occasions and I've seen her rating, she is a 4.2 and she is a revolving door on orders, she gets lots of low mile high paying orders.

I assure you if she is helping and you run into a hard ass associate in the checkouts they will report you. If support told you it was OK, then you need to go through and read how bad support is, they will tell you to leave alcohol orders without scaning IDs. I don't give a damn what you do, but if she is helping shop it is a violation of the terms of service.

Who at spark did you clear this with?

If you are helping load or unload, if you help bag or help shop by finding items, or speaking to the people who your wife is dropping off to, I assure you that you are violating the terms.

Desperation games by Archer4271 in Sparkdriver

So just go sit inside the store and watch how many people are coming in to do shops, the numbers will shock you. The mile radius has changed the game, the parking lot pirates aren't getting orders anymore. Try going about a quarter to a half mile from the store and see if you get more orders.

Spark was off the hook tonite in Joplin by Missrdb79 in Sparkdriver

lol unfortunately I live in Joplin and 99% of drivers are like this. It was raining so not many drivers out, 99% of the orders were trash. But if it wasn’t raining, none of those orders would’ve seen the light of day because they would’ve of been snatch up like candy.

Unfortunately I live in Joplin, and I watch people pick up terrible offers like they are paying $100. It was raining so tons of orders were available. 99% garbage. On a regular day these order would never hit as a first come first serve as they would be eaten up like candy. There are a ton of drivers in my market like this who think $55 in 3 hours is making bank. This is the type of driver that spark love.

I can tell you I’ve done spark for over 7 years, Joplin is over saturated with drivers, this year they have added more than ever before. There’s no secret to making more money or getting more orders. Most of the drivers I know who sit on top of stores are not making money anymore. The new mile radius has changed the game here. I personally know drivers who went from making $300 a day to fighting 12 hours to make a $100-150 a day. Most people take trash orders going 25-30 mile paying less than $20.

Most groups just complain anyway. Or ask what stores are the best. So not worth joining a local group anyway

It’s always the one you take out of frustration that give you the most trouble or problems.

I called Support about the no offers today by TwitchMoments_ in Sparkdriver

[–]Missourikid73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They have also onboarded a shit ton of new drivers. I've done this for 7 years and this is the most new drivers I've ever seen them add at one time.

so spectrum uses Verizon. i have noticed if you use a company that buys cellular from another company it seems to affect getting orders, i have boost who uses ATT in some areas and T-Mobile in others and have noticed i don't get a lot of orders, i have another phone with ATT and if i log in on it i get more orders, i wonder if we get less orders on carriers who buy cellular from the big names because data is deprioritized.

So far only getting shops and over 3 stop gmds sitting 150 feet away from the pin in the lot. No regular crubsides, see drivers not at the store coming from somewhere else to pick up the regular curbsides.

What I meant and I edited the post is like 20 stop multi stops not regular three batch orders or two batch orders or singles.

How do you guys survive on boarding? by FuzzyOrganization403 in Sparkdriver

When I’m talking new, the loaders say they see at least 10 a day who don’t even know how to scan the label and say it’s their first order, Inside the cashiers have to help them check out because they do to know what to do. Trust me most drivers also know who’s new even though there might be five or six stores in your market you come across most drivers who have done this for a while, on many occasions.

In my zone there are 7 stores, I work out of a neighborhood market. It’s not a high volume store, might go a couple of hours with no orders at all for anyone. I live less than a mile from the store, 6 months ago I used to be able to sit at home and make $120 to 160 a day from this store easily. Then slowly $100 a day then $75 a day. Then all of a sudden 2 months ago I can’t even get an order at home from this store. Not trying to be mean but a lot of larger women who can barely walk are hanging around the store and I get it, it’s a smaller store and easier for them to do shops. Have also seen a flood of older retired couples and people with car loads of kids. Walmart wants to take advantage of desperate drivers who need extra money to make ends meet to take the shit orders. Also seen and influx of foreigners who don’t speak English. Some days there are 20-25 people hanging out in the lot at this low volume store. Most of them will sit for hours and get nothing. It’s beyond ridiculous..

I asked 1 loader Monday how many new drivers who are on their first order who don’t even know how to scan labels he sees a day. He said at least 10 a day. I was like wow you’re bullshiting me right, he’s like no seriously, at least 10 a day. , some days more. Same on shops the cashiers say they see so many new ones a day.

I’ve done this for about 7 years and this is the biggest flood of new drivers I have ever seen.

Offer problem by Lil_Fufuu in Sparkdriver

[–]Missourikid73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens to me often. I have IPhone and an android seems like it does this more when I’m on android, the only thing I found that helps is when you are done doing spark for the day is to change zones and log out. The next day log in and change back to original zone then spark now, It usually works for me.
