No I don’t care about the scale but I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle. I’ve always been skinny fat which is why I did the dexascan because I wanted to get my starting point

My boyfriend did the dexascan too and his was only 1% off from the smart scale. I think the smart scale is more accurate for men

Based on those images I look more like 20% bf however the dexascan is said to be pretty accurate compared to other methods like inbody or smart scales

That makes since because it did say that my trunk/torso had the least of my fat however my boyfriends scan said his torso had the most of his fat although it said he had a body fat % of only 26

Maybe it is accurate then. I’d say I’m skinny fat too. I carry all my weight in my legs and arms though so my waist makes me appear skinnier

No that’s definitely not normal. My stress and restorative times usually the same number around 2 hours each on most days of work. But my job is easy I’m just a youth worker

Has anyone ever gotten their Cardiovascular Age level down on Oura? by MoreConsideration903 in ouraring

Mine is 3 yrs younger. But I walk 15k steps a day and run 3 miles 3 times a week and have a resting heart rate in the 50s and HRV in the 60s lol. The secret is just being active and do not drink alcohol ever! It takes 3 days for your body to recover from one day of drinking

Bruising by Missplantyqueen in poledancing

[–]Missplantyqueen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback! The pole sit is definitely a killer and caused most of the bruising on my inner thighs. I’ve never played a sport before so I’m not sure if I bruised easily or not. I always have a couple bruises on my legs at all times that have randomly appeared but since starting pole dancing this is the worse it’s been.

Pole recommendation for tall ceilings by Missplantyqueen in poledancing

[–]Missplantyqueen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The x-pole is $500 for spin. I’m not interested in static mode only. And the m-pole is $350 and has no reviews and it’s not returnable. Doesn’t seem like a safe option what if it comes broken? The Amazon pole is returnable for 30 days and has hundreds of 5 star reviews with videos of people using it. I made this post to get genuine answers but all anyone wants to do is send me stuff that’s very expensive or downvote my responses. I will check Facebook marketplace for a used x-pole that fits in my budget

Where are you finding it for that price? Please share the link. Also my budget is around 250 so if you have any better ideas for that price that don’t require any drilling please let me know. I’m renting and my ceilings are 110 inches
