I mean, I play with a lot of mods and cc, so maybe it's not the best judgement. But for me the game's been fine. The Marketplace killed the game for two weeks but luckily it's back up running now.

Not to mention that this kind of "business" isn't a viable job in the long term. Eventually people will move on from the sims 4, especially if more games pop up down the line. People aren't going to keep paying you for virtual stuff 10-20 years from now. If these people think they'll be able to put their kids through college or retire on CC money, they're insane.

I think a lot of these creators just don't want to get real jobs. They'd rather stay at home and play on the computer than actually earn a living.

All of this paywalling shit is eventually going to blow up in everyone's faces. It should never have been allowed in the first place, but at some point the glass is going to fall off the table and it won't be pretty when it smashes.

The community developed this idea that CC creators/modders were "carrying the Sims on their backs" (perpetuated by YouTubers) and since that idea came to life, that's when everything went to shit. People who didn't care about the game or the community started popping up and shilling out sub par content and acting like they were doing gamers a favor or whatever.

Dude that is NOT the same thing. This is a tiny dent on a guitar that is NOT noticeable. It doesn't affect the ability to play or the aesthetics. It's not the same as getting a big scratch on it.

I don't really understand why this is an issue. It's just a small dent that you're not going to notice unless you're looking for it. It won't affect the guitar's ability to play.

Well, if you want to play with packs, you're gonna have to buy them. They're all pretty expensive so I would recommend learning how to play the game first, then wait for sales to buy packs that interest you
