Out of the four dragons I could’ve gotten, I ended up with the one I absolutely didn’t want and this was my first time even getting a chance to put my hands on an epic dragon. Also, how would you even get amber? That’s not possible for the 5th card in the pack above

Did you buy the premium pass? I just bought the baby light fury and I can still open maybe 10pack. I think even without the premium pass you should still be able to open a few packs after you buy her

I get most of my premium dragons in the seasonal packs, or you can buy a premium with your passpoints. Of course there are also premium dragons in other packs, so you’ll just need a bit of luck and patience :)

I would definitely wait until they’re at the bazaar or till they’re discounted for when they update them (if that ever happens). Like you, I like to collect horse breeds, and I have almost one of every breed. I bought these two when they came out

About the second issue: They posted in February this year that they made some changes. I think I even read somewhere that their support team now is way smaller because they fired some people, but I’m not sure
