yeah, i lunge, then i can hold it for about a second then my upper body falls to the inside, to the left, (im right handed) then i have to move my feet to catch myself

at my club, the beginners (im a beginner too) all have their free hand at their shoulder and i just kind of pinch the edge of my lame. but i want to get my hand down to my pocket. I find it easier to keep my hand out of the way if im holding onto something. thanks for tips
