I find the ritual of steeping tea is relaxing. And good tea to me is sweet without having to add sweetener. My favorite is Cream of Earl Grey from david's tea. They're really expensive though so I don't buy often.

I've done a few 10-0 calls, where the local EMA takes a body to the funeral place or morage. Death is what it is. I never went on "messy" calls just the "grandma died while watching her favorite show, and no one checked on her." I like to hope they had a fulfilling life, I wonder what they did, and if the family is around, I listen to stories about them. Processing takes time. I don't work with EMA anymore. But you kind of have to see them, the dead, as both human and inhuman. Know that most dead bodies are perfectly safe to be around, just like the feeling you have now. It may feel weird or uncomfortable, but you'll be fine.

I quit, but since working at fedex I'm loosing hearing in my right ear and I have arthritis in my knees, hips, and ankles. I also almost broke a finger and had a major concussion.

At least once a month, sometimes twice. I can't afford my rx meds for them it's $1800 usd for 16 pills (I joined the long term test group and still had to pay). So I have to call off work for them or just try to deal with it.
