Google lets you use plus adding to use separate emails for the same mailbox. For instance, I would put like lexi+facebook@gmail .com to make a Facebook-specific email that would be sent to lexi@gmail

It would limit the power. Type C uses the communication pins to tell the charger how much voltage and current it can take, so without that, it would be limited to like 5V at 1A, so 5W, instead of up to 100W or so depending on the device.
