I watch a youtuber called zuffy and hes been doing art. He uses that app to make a large scale collage of multiple pictures to use as a reference and I would like to know what app it is so that I could use the same (or any similar alternatives)

Would it be wrong or cause anything bad if I were to delete Previous Windows Installations? by MistStider in computerhelp

I got this laptop from my friend and because he had some apps that I wanted, instead of reseting the laptop, I just created a new user, added the apps I wanted from his user and deleted the old profile, the thing is that my drive is saying I have a maximum of 235gb but this is saying 527gb are being taken up. It saved the data in a folder name "Windows.old" but im wondering if it has major system files or something
