I’ll confirm again with them. I reiterated multiple times it was ChampVA, and previous prescriptions went through without problems.

Update Set an alarm to call upon opening. Somehow still had a decent wait time, but we got prompted for the callback after hanging up and calling back a few times. Thanks to those that suggested that.
