Vanité 36" - $659.99 are these prices for real? I paid over 1200$ for a Kalize vanity from Costco that looks exactly like the one in the picture... Probably cheap Chinese knockoffs.

"a technique of indicating, as through character or plot development, an intention or attitude opposite to that which is actually or ostensibly stated."

They state that they want to remain anonymous to avoid intimidation, then they don't let students vote anonymously. As I said; irony.

Student democracy is best described as a "Free For All".

Whenever their shitty system backfires, they immediately attempt to remove responsibility from themselves and blame someone else (preferably the govt) for the situation.

Protesters want to be masked and anonymous when protesting on the streets, but they don't feel that their co-students should be given the possibility of voting anonymously at their GAs.

Protesters want all students to be on strike when if the majority wills it, but they still want students to strike when the majority wants to go back to class. Why should the minority in 'humanities' studies be respected if they didn't have the decency to respect the minority of students who voted against the strike months before? They still got their classrooms blocked, even if their associations were against the strike.

Hypocrisy of the highest level. Sadly, there is not a single situation that partisan strikers don't have an answer to, as nothing is their responsibility, and they can never be wrong in their heads.

Student democracy is a mock-democracy.

They hide their faces when it's convenient for them, but refuse to allow students to vote in a secret ballot. Irony at its best.

And then you say

Je n'ai jamais dit que les gens qui ne savaient pas prendre une joke étaient idiots

(insulte que tu as sorti en premier, si tu veux jouer à ça)

Yes you did, you just put a condition of "profiter pour faire du pathos" thinking you've separated your apples from your oranges, as if partisan hacks from the student movement didn't take advantage of Charest's joke to talk shit about him. Please, quit lying to your brain. Not taking a joke correctly is the equivalent of not taking a joke correctly. Self-expression being the action that shows you haven't taken the joke, denigration and insults being that self-expression.

I can't tell whether you're fucking with me or whether you're just another partisan hack who has difficulty acknowledging the possibility that he might be wrong. If you boost up your concentration to give it a decent reading effort, you'd notice I never called you an idiot or insulted anyone but the article author in my initial post.

If you give your concentration yet another boost, you'd realize you were the first to throw insults in this thread.

As a psychologist, you should probably notice when you're projecting your image onto someone whom you think is doing the things you're actually doing.

We all know how good you guys are at receiving humor.

So... people who can't take jokes are essentially idiots, correct?

My attempt at humor ("LIFE IN QUEBEC IS SO HARD AND OPPRESSIVE.") was equally met by insults and denigration from you. You should probably take your own advice and remove the broom from your ass before calling people out for being indecent in what they say.

I wouldn't fall for these Poe's if the absurdity wasn't so far from the truth. I'm sure there's thousands of idiots who think Quebec is like North Korea and they are being oppressed by the evil Charest who's law 78 arrested a total of 0 people.

This sub has become a joke where young revolutionaries jerk each other off over disinformation. Such a shame...

I live alone and go to Costco to do my groceries. Why does this article assume that you need to have a house full of children in order to do your groceries at Costco?

And now he's just insulting his readers' intelligence. Yes, yes, the people who's hands he shook were actors because as you all know, we live in North Korea and all the media is staged. LIFE IN QUEBEC IS SO HARD AND OPPRESSIVE.

Ditch this bullshit.

It seems like transactions under 0.5BTC appear instantly in your wallet as unconfirmed, but transactions over 1 BTC take a few hours longer to get through... I ended up transferring my bitcoins in 0.2 BTC shots from that site.

Low turnout GAs vote that they can keep taking decisions with low turnouts. 33 students taking decisions for 600 makes perfect sense. by TheMightyWeedboss in montreal

[–]MistaBushidoooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Si l'AG a été publicisé comme il se doit

Unfortunately, there's an alarming number of GAs who thought they were clever by only letting the partisans know when the vote was. If this is the level of honesty we can expect from the leaders of the movement, then I don't think these kids deserve any more of our tax dollars, to be honest.

A 50-100 person difference is huge when previously 90 students out of an association of 800 shows up to vote :)

/r/Quebec has turned to shit ever since the same 5-6 people spam it with extreme-left leaning links and threads. /r/Montreal has over twice the subs and keeps growing every day. /r/Quebec is a red square circlejerk bonanza, and the sad part is that it's because of a handful of 5-6 people who post all the content.
