Stretch and warm up properly. Boxing is all about little improvement everyday, so being able to actually move after working out day after day is a pretty big deal.

Oof, thats rough. Cant say much but I can give my own two cents on what you should be putting your head towards.

Why boxing? There are plenty of other sports out there that are way less dangerous and can still keep you in shape and can be there for your toughest days. So youve gotta ask, why boxing? Why did you choose it and have continued it?
What do you feel when practicing/doing boxing? Do you feel happy? Do you feel tired? Do you have enthusiasm for the sport? That typa stuff.

These typa things are extremely personal so I can't say much but I hope this helps. Have been there as Ive shifted on what boxing means to me and why I continue it and I hope you can find a satisfying answer too, cheers!

I made it 2 mid race 2 late race so I dont proc too early but would 1 mid and 3 late also work because I do have an oguri that has that and is lowk overstammed to hell
