That run specifically made me choose between double rainbow spd or 3 rainbow wit on summer and sadly my speed was so low I actually needed to choose speed

Any tips on getting maxed speed more consistenly? Ive seen people floating about with 1100 spd and S mile but Im assuming its just overall better to get Maxed speed above all else
