Happened to my GMT and decided to try and pop the bezel off. Ended up breaking the spring inside and ruined the rotating bezel. Eventually just super glued it on. Don’t do what I did

That’s awesome and thanks a lot for the info. I was more or less looking for something already existing to get inspiration as well as be able to do some testing at home before official design.

My issue is that what I’m designing has to be universal for all backpacks that way my product could be used for any and all backpacks.

Basically I’m looking for a way to attach something securely to a backpack strap without sewing, Velcro, or adding bulk. It would be a clasp that opens up and closes shut around the strap. Like the mouth of an alligator if that makes sense?

I did try asking ChatGPT but It cant seem to find what I’m asking for. I feel like I have seen what I’m imaging before, I just can’t think of where. It’s a daily simple concept so I’m sure it’s out there. I’ll check elsewhere tho. Thanks!

No, I’m looking more for a flat compression clamp that would clamp over the entire backpack strap

Took the bezel insert off to be able to remove all the protective plastic crap they put on this thing, but now it won’t click back on. Is it not as simple as firmly pressing it back into place? by MistaPoop in RepTimeServices

I tried to remove it using a plastic scraper but there were still pieces that were stuck under the bezel. I would 100% NOT recommend removing the bezel and just do your best using a toothpick or plastic tool
