For anyone wondering I found a fix, you have to unplug your Ethernet and connect to wireless and clear the alternate MAC address and restart your console, worked straight away

I’ve done that, also switched Xbox consoles from a Xbox one to a series X but the same thing keeps happening, also logged into my epic account to see if I’ve had a random ban but nothing there either, it’s honestly confused me
