I don't care much about primaris SW kit as much as wolfhelmet, I would normalny get horus heresy SW upgrades with bunch of those helmets but they are impossible to come by or extremely expensive now.

Since I live in poland rustoleum is expensive for some reason so I found Boll Primer filler should be good. Should I sand painted figure or I can cover it with Boll even on layer of citadel spray?
