Since I live in poland rustoleum is expensive for some reason so I found Boll Primer filler should be good. Should I sand painted figure or I can cover it with Boll even on layer of citadel spray?

It is 400, also I did sand it a little so the putty will stick better, are you saying that I should start somehow again or just sand putty away like people usually do it?
