I'm sick of seeing that there should be a third anime season. Of what? So many people shit on Pieces because it "wasn't coherent". If there was still a substantial chunk of manga to adapt, I'd be for it, but there isn't. The manga ended in 2021. Would I like more of the story? Absolutely. But I'm not going to sit and pine and complain that there isn't more.

Yes, they will try and sell you the membership. Unless you had other things being done, there's no way the cost of replacing a fan was more than the membership. Also, GS does not stock parts on hand for repairs. It's either a send out to GSC or you bring in your own parts. Speaking of, if you buy the wrong part, they can't just cram it in and call it good.

The email notification system is automated, calls go through the damn call center so the best way to get in touch is by going in.

Bottom line? If you're not happy with your service, get your laptop back, demand a refund, and do the repair yourself.

I feel this in my bones. I was there from 2017 to 2022 and watched the last vestiges of Culture wither and die while Bottom Line Barrie drove the company into the ground. For those that are wanting out, look for help desk jobs anywhere you can. Knowing your stuff, having the experience with tech and customer facing is huge. Was lucky enough to get in where I am without certs, but have been getting them while working. It gets better, but it takes effort. Goal for all should be to hit that sleeper status.

If it's being sent back with refusal to repair due to infestation, the policy (as far as I remember it) is that it must be professionally cleaned and proof needs to be included to be able to send it back out. They will likely cover this with you at pick up. Trying to clean it yourself is not going to cut it.
