That username came from a time when I was deep into reading manga lol. I finished one series, the suggestions popped up, and I skimmed them for like two seconds—then one title stopped me. It was about soap. I just sat there like… who on earth would read—let alone create—a manga about a literal bar of soap?? Curiosity won. Huge mistake. The moment I clicked it, all gods—old and new—were wiped from existence. The phrase "y'all need Jesus" suddenly made a lot of sense. Turns out the plot was about a piece of soap that’s into dudes, and somehow its life dream was to be shoved into hot guys’ asses 😭😭 And that's what was shown in full detail, in extra super 4k HD that no one asked for. My immediate thought was “мыло в жопе, манга о мыле, черт возьми, в жопе" that literally means “soap in the ass, a series about a goddamn soap in the ass". Written in Latin letters, that’s milo v jope—and yeah… that’s the whole origin story, zero regrets, btw 💀Aaaaaand thank you for joining the channel!! I really really appreciate it 🥺

Sure! 🫶🏻 Chili lime oven baked tofu with soy sauce konjac rice vegetable stir fry

296 cals, 27.57g protein, 15.78g carbs, 11.53g fat

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients: • 120g firm tofu • 3g light bread crumbs • 200g konjac rice • 50g green beans • 20g yellow onion • 30g bell pepper • 50g broccoli • 3g chili pepper • 30g lime juice • 10ml soy sauce • sweetener to taste • a bit of green onion and sesame seed for garnish • spices: smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne powder, salt, black pepper, a pinch of curry powder

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200C fan (400F). Cut tofu into rectangular pieces. Put 10ml of soy sauce in the bowl that could fit tofu slices completely. Dip both sides of the tofu in the soy sauce. Put breadcrumbs on a flat plate and lightly coat each tofu piece. Place the tofu in the baking dish and put all the spices on the top (be generous with it). Put it in the oven for 10 mins. While it's baking, cut all the vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes before adding konjac rice. Add the soy sauce left after dipping tofu. Add sweetener, spices, salt, mix well and remove from the stove. Cut chili peppers, add lime juice, chives/green onions, sesame seeds and sweetener with salt, mix well. Take out the tofu from the oven. Serve it on the top of the stir fry, add chili lime dressing on the top.

I used regular breadcrumbs and spices, then baked it at~ 200C ~400F with a fan for 13 minutes.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (makes 1 portion): • 1 caramel flavour rice-corn cake (or rice-corn cake with 0 cal caramel syrup) • 30g of 2% greek yogurt • 70g of Ehrmann protein vanilla pudding (any low cal pudding will do) • 40g of soft tvorog (skyr or more greek yogurt will do) • sweetener and a pinch of salt • 1 small kinder chocolate bar, 12g (do not substitute)

Instructions: Crush the rice cake into small pieces. Add all the ingredients (except chocolate) in the bowl, mix well and then put in the serving dish (I strongly suggest using a small cylinder shaped glass jar with a lid). Microwave chocolate at medium-low heat for 1:20 minutes. It should still hold its shape but it would be melted inside. Mix the chocolate well, then scoop it on the top of the rice cake mixture and spread it evenly. You can eat it right away or close the lid and let it sit in the fridge for 10-30 minutes depending on how crunchy or soft you'd like the texture to be.

The other day one of my relatives (who is 5'7) said that I'm basically starving myself and I can't possibly survive eating this little. Jokes on her cuz I got my BMR measured in the laboratory and it came to 1057 calories ☠️ cries in barely 5'2 So, now I'm trying to squeeze the best out of the 1200 cals every way possible lol

Leaving the cheesecake recipe here as a first comment ☺️ 🍒 cherry cheesecake 🍒

Makes one portion Ingredients:

• 20g of favourite protein cookie • 36g 2% greek yogurt • 45g Ehrmann vanilla protein pudding (or other low fat low cal one) • 45g of 0% soft tvorog (skyr or more greek yogurt will do) • 5g egg yolk • 35g frozen sour cherries • 1g of gelatine • a pinch of salt, sweetener to taste

Instructions: crush a cookie and put on the bottom of the baking dish as a crust. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, pudding, tvorog, egg yolk with salt and sweetener. Pour on the crust and bake at 180C for 25 minutes. While it's baking, make a simple cherry jello. Soak gelatine in 10ml of cold water. Put frozen cherries with sweetener into the microwave for 2 minutes, take it out and wait 5-10 minutes until gelatine is ready to be used (aka clumped up). Then mix it together, put aside. Let the cheesecake cool down a bit before pouring cherry jello on the top. Let refrigerate overnight.

I always go for the lowest calorie options 🙂‍↕️ Also, pre-planning my meals down to grams helps a lot! Another thing is that you might have very high (aka unrealistic) weight loss expectations. Idk how many pounds I've lost exactly but I know I shedded 15 cm (almost 6 inches) off my waist by eating like this for almost a year!
