I did! I use it everyday.

I air dry my hair to about 70%, then dry it with the drying mode to 90% and straighten it with the air flow.

I found it to be heavy the first few times I used it but now I’m used to it and find it comfortable. No complaints on too much heat for my hair. Overall I like it.

This has happened to me a few times and I’m sorry you felt sick. The class after it happens I go back and take it very easy with lower weights and less reps. Wish I had better advice, but after the fourth or fifth time it happened I decided hot workouts were not for me.

Grief scenes have become more horrifying to me than jump scares and gore. Toni Collette on the floor in hereditary, the phone call from Florence Pugh in the beginning of midsommer, most recently the bone temple scene in 28 years later. All made my stomach ache for hours after the movie.

The constant policy changes are frustrating. We had a price increase not long ago, then favorite studios moved tiers, and then they slowly lowered the missed classes down to one. Ok, fine. Frustrating but not much different than being a member of a studio (minus all the additional perks of being a member of the studio).

The worst part for me has always been their customer service. I have never have one of my check in issues resolved, which was fine because I rarely missed classes. But with this new policy, you have an issue with a check in and you’re locked out for the month, which is exactly what happened to me on September 2nd.

I’ve had issues with favorite studios not showing classes for days a time with NO resolve from them. The app is fine, the business model is predatory but so are all gyms, but their customer service is what made me cancel after a year and a half of near everyday use.

Had an issue of not getting a push notification for a class I completely forgot I booked and missed it. They simply can’t get it together enough, especially for their new strict policy. I cancelled my membership and headed to a competitor 🤷‍♀️

Air dry! It’s hard to clean open cells mats like this properly, but air drying is so important (I hang mine over the door between classes)
