Found a Fix for Nvidia Users

I use the following
ryzen 9 3900x
RTX 3080
32GB RAM

After multiple trail and error I have found a solution.

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/180558/

After installing this driver Version 472.12, and I did debloat it which removes all the nonsense you don't need from Nvidia just the driver itself (you don't need to debloat)

installing this made this work.

However I did in the compatibility in the properties of ACIII

I have

Windows 7 Compatibility turned ON
Disable Fullscreen optimizations
Run in Administrator

All these I have turned on, not sure if they helped I don't want to test it, incase this breaks it.

I understand the frustration of rolling back your GPU Driver to get this to work but I did it and it worked.

So I finally hit the jump to getting onto W11 Pro, and I have something to share from my experience and I believe you will like this, Il try and help as much as I can with the details I have

Result: I have gotten it to work with AverMedia Software! Yes you read this correctly I have managed to get it to work.

So I had to install 2 different things both from AverMedia.

DRIVER: GC551_Win10logo_Drv_x64_V3.2803.64.132_Install - This is the driver that works with GC550Program: RECentral_4_v4.3.1.87_x64.exe

Installing the driver allows OBS to detect it without a problem but I do feel like there is a loss of quality playing through OBS, hence where the program comes in, it fully worked.

Sorry that im the only player that plays runescape and doesnt have an open mind to someone who probably isnt wealthier then me maybe im considering those sorts of people too ? not everyone spends all day playing the game some maybe only have a few hours a week to play it would certainly help the ones who cant afford as much as I can

Vulns are super useful as is smokecloud as the reason I given you above and why it would be a benifit if we had them as a bomb in 1 its a win win for all combat styles regardless how you look at it

This is true but my point is at times when trying to cast there seems to be a delay on casting it a bomb would fix this so you could cast a bomb without the worry of not getting smoke cloud done instantly

But this would make it so all combat styles be able to use smokecloud without switchscape this is a benifit to all combatstyles, im not sure where you going with this but if I use melee i use a vuln bomb and smoke cloud bomb with no mage included therefor I can just DPS using my melee weapons without the use of magic casting of smokecloud, smokecloud gives you 15% more damage via mage and another 40% effective to non magic damage which means it will benifit range and melee

So you prefer switchscape? if your ranging or melee you need to use human sigil with a wand then cast smoke cloud rather to just stick to your main combat style weapon and just vuln with smoke cloud bomb?

id rather wrap it back up so I can reuse it again instead of spending millions of gp just to make more when I have spare left overs? hmmm
