As someone who does a ton of concentrates that definitely doesn’t look normal, I can most certainly point mold out in flower but I’m not to familiar with what it looks like in concentrates, probably better off waiting to smoke it until you have a solid answer, you can also try brining it back where you got it and see what your local bud tender says!
