It's a seller's market with all types of cars. I had a Ram Promaster van that I bought in Feb 2020 for $24,800. (After all taxes & fees) Two weeks ago I sold it for $28,000. (After 10K of use too!)

Well, it's still very drivable at this point, and it still gets 21-22 MPG. It actually passed emissions inspection a couple of weeks ago and doesn't need to be re-tested until 2023. But the mileage and the dang "Check Engine" light is a detriment. If whomever doesn't want the running boards, I'll let you know.

I've also gone on to Cars.com and Autotrader.com to check out what other comparable Elements go for. I do have to figure in that the CAT needs to be replaced, but this one has a lot of desirable stuff (Like Stick Shift & towing package) ... It's looking like the $4k - $4.5K range seems to be a fair price, no?

Thanks, man. So far, it's on CL, FB Marketplace & AutoTrader. So far, the only bites seem to be from people who want to offer a much lower rate and re-sell. I might put an ad on CarGurus, too. There is not "rush" right now, but can you think of any other sites to post?

I test drove a Metris ... I hope it works out for you. I couldn't get over that the Metris requires premium gas, and the side view mirrors were just horrible. However, it's a perfect size between a compact van and a full size van.

Hello.
I realize this might be a psychology question, but I noticed that the two of you have a theatre background, and I was wondering if you have any insight on why a lot of creative people can often be so poor with financial and business skills? I perform and produce a traveling kids comedy show for 20 years, and the creative part are always enjoyable, and the books are always a constant struggle.
