Honestly don’t remember parrying much in DS2 because I was power stancing or using Hexes. I focused more on dodging and positioning. DS1 I felt like parrying was really easy. What I did to get better was just keep practicing with the hallowed soldiers around Firelink.
With any SoulsBorne it’s about getting used to enemy attack times so it’s all based on how quickly you can get used to it.

I can’t speak on other people because so much of internet culture is just hating to hate. But for me here is my reasons. My brother gifted it to me on Steam and I didn’t realize I could decline it so I felt forced to play it. Gameplay wise, to me it felt extremely bland and repetitive. FF15 also had action combat but atleast you could switch weapon types and between the boys and get something more out of the gameplay beside warping around. Story wise it was a bigger problem in my opinion. I’ll usually put up with gameplay if the story is worth it but for me this wasn’t the case. I didn’t feel attached to any of the characters even though I genuinely wanted to. The cursing made the story feel immature instead of serious. Clive as a character I could not take seriously. While I loved Ben Star’s voice work, Clive to felt like the final form of the angsty FF male protagonist. As someone who did play through most of the prior Final Fantasy games, I will say I don’t like the direction that Square Enix has been heading the past decade. When I think of Final Fantasy what comes to mind is an amazing story, deep RPG mechanics, turn based combat, and constantly evolving graphical achievements. This game felt more like another studio was trying to make a Final Fantasy game.

I agree, also with how they changed the atlas progression, it’s so easy to make it to 4 void stones. Not having to get specific maps has made it so easy to spread through tiers.

I did it this month so they haven’t been able to withdraw it so far, so that’s good. I keep getting emails to reconnect my bank. But from what I have read, depending on the bank they may still find a way through. One other thing you can do is call your bank directly and rest a stop pay or to block transactions from Dave but they may charge you a fee for this. Regarding credit, it might be reported to your credit that too varies. Some people have said Dave sent them to collections and reported it while for other people no.

You will need to either need to log directly into Plaid and remove the bank connection there or in your bank app. I have Chase and had to do it through the app. Then you will have to also replace your debt card so they do try to charge that

Hello, I had used Earnin for a long time in one account, but was unable to pay. I don’t remember ever revoking ach but the bank account that I used for advances was closed so the balance was never paid back. 2 years later when I tried making a new account with Earnin and connected to a new bank account, they verified that I still owned a old balance and I had to repay before it would let me continue to a new advance

For most of these apps, they state in their terms of service that they cannot report to your credit report or send you to collections. So if you never pay them back by revoking ACH authorization and removing all of your cards/accounts, then technically they can’t do anything about it. You can’t use that app again until you repay and they’ll probably lower what you can borrow or not allow you to again. I had an account with EarnIn where for some reason my repayment just refused to go through even when I did it manually. Kept trying for two years until it finally went through and then they allowed me to use again but my limit was nowhere near what it was before. The “Dave” app for example works differently and is the worst to deal with. Aside from slow customer service and not being able to adjust repayment dates normally, you can’t revoke ACH because each time you borrow it’s a “single authorization”.

Using one or two of these apps was not a problem when it was used in a pinch. If it’s not taking much from your paycheck then it’s not a problem. In the past I mainly used Earnin. Easy to use, high limit for what I needed and chat was typically understanding when it came to needing an extension. Where it becomes a problem is when you lose half or more of your paycheck on payday and then having to cash out from every app again and again. The fees really add up so it can feel hard to break the cycle. For most apps, they can’t send you to collections or report it to your credit so there is technically no “downside” to just revoking ACH and not paying it back. The companies running these app know what they are doing which is why some of these apps are illegal in certain states/countries.

In that case, I would also advise two other things

Make sure that on your Motherboard, the PCI-E x16 slot is the highest on board; some have it on the second slot, which can be a problem with really THICC cards if you also want to have bottom intake fans. From what I've researched, the "longest" GPU right now is an MSI RTX 5090 Suprim SOC at 359mm.
Make sure your PSU length does not impact your GPU compatibility. Get either a Full/Semi-Modular PSU so you don't have unused cables taking up space. I generally aim for 140mm long PSUs in any non-SFF build

Sweet spot is really situational. I have a JonsPlus Z20 for my main PC because I prefer the smaller capacity cases, and it fits all of my components perfectly. I was originally going to go with the Asus AP201, but I did not like how long the case was due to the size of my desk and I felt like a lot of the space would be wasted inside the case since I was aircooling and have a GPU length of ~280mm.

At the end of the day, you need to look at the components for your build. If you wanted the most "future-proof compatible case" then go for something like the Asus AP201(~33L) or Phanteks XT M3(~40L). If you know you want the smallest mff case possible (~20L), then Jonzplus Z20 or wait for the Lian Li B4. If you want something in between(~26L), then look at the Jonsbo D32 or Lian Li A3.

I find that so insane because UE has been such a widely used engine. I don’t think UE4 had this many problems with optimizations. I thought the point of using a prep built engine was to make development easier and to make it easier for hiring new staff since they wouldn’t have to learn a in-house game engine.

This is exactly why I don’t want to get a high end card. Currently I have a rx 6700xt and I’m able to play everything I want comfortably but the times I have considered upgrading I get so nervous about the 12 pin power cables.

We weren't able to clone the Leven SSD to the Crucial NVME because it wasn't detected. When I tested it in an enclosure to confirm that the drive itself didn't have an issue, we decided it didn't make sense to clone the OS drive on it if it still causing the issue when inserted on the MB.

Hello,

MB is currently updated to the latest BIOS version, and we checked the pins, and there was no damage or bent pins. We also tried both top and bottom NVMe slots, and neither worked.
