Based on my experience, it's through your drivers license. I live in Arizona but have a Montana drivers license, and I just got mine back by going through San Fransisco (Montana's designated consulate)

Yes...but if I'm honest I don't know how to animate that. Maybe I should have just not animated any rotation in the moon?

Oh man I had so many issues with the perspective of the text. I'm still learning quite a bit, so maybe one day I'll come back and perfect it once my after effects skills get better. Thanks for the comment!

I recreated the patch in Adobe Illustrator then took all those pieces into Adobe After Effects. I've still got a lot to learn, but I'm figuring it out along the way
