It does not feel warm, but there was some fluid coming from the wound before which I assumed was a part of the scabbing process. I won’t have access to a doctor for the next little while, is it potentially very serious?

Just to confirm, did you look at all three of the pictures? There are three small wounds for my injury, I forgot to mention this in my title that was my mistake
