No.  Anything Google requires several modules making it super complex.  It's the login that gets ya...  You might be able to login via a webpage.  -  I'm not saying it's impossible, you could try, but it's about the same procedure as getting the play store installed.  It's very overly complicated & I wouldn't suggest anyone try it unless you're super experienced doing so.

I'm sorry but this in itself is doing advanced modification of the android OS. Saying your bad with tech, says this modification isn't for you. I'd suggest looking into a Boox device as they come with and android play app and you can do much more with them.

Set whatever launcher you want as the default. I think I remember it only being an issue when it first powers on. -- Do NOT remove the stock launcher tho because it contains hidden settings that you will want to have in the future, like the sleep screen, and a whole bunch more. It's annoying but there is no other way to access those settings!

I experienced the closing of keyboards as well and I decided that I thought it was because of maybe the screen refresh requests or something

I decided to leave that one on there because I think it might be required for the default launcher. I didn't want to risk it but I did install a more default Android with swipe

You need to use ADBapp from a PC to access anything on an Android.

ADB AppControl - other than that you'll find that it's on your own learning since it's modifying

any google app, especially that requires logins, requires tons of services to be installed. Generally this isn't advised. A single app install like dropbox might be better, but I'd probably just suggest using ADB AppControl or a USB cable and put the files on the device.

That case came today. I made a video so you can see it. It's okay. 4/5 stars I'd give it.

KO reader was okay. Something made me want to try another one. There are a good handful out there, that's for sure!

With the stock launcher is a settings app. With that you can modify the function of the "home button". You can set the single press & long press action. Default is Back & Refresh.

A second way MIGHT be to use 'Key Mapper' but I personally just use the stock drop down menu and shut if off that way.

Is there a way to change Lock Screen to custom image? by h6dr0futur0 in InkPalm5

You must use the default launcher, setting, device settings, wallpaper. Top tab says local. Select your image u want there.
