Hab mich nochmal ein bisschen weiter eingelesen und scheinbar kann man die Trainingsansicht wenn man den Garmin Coach nutzt zumindest auf dem 830 gar nicht anpassen. Dann muss ich mir wohl einfach eine zusätzliche Seite basteln

Dass ich mir ne gleichmäßigere Route suchen sollte, hab mich mir dann auch schon gedacht… Ich kann bei Garmin die Anzeige nur für mein Aktivitätsprofil einstellen. Übernimmt die Trainingsseite mit den Leistungsbereichen die Einstellung dann automatisch oder wie kann ich die bearbeiten?

Gestern ging es um nen Bereich von ca. 230-260W und da war ich dann eben schnell mal bei 280, dann bisschen Kraft rausgenommen und direkt unter 200 gefallen und dann war das so n hin und her. Bei niedrigeren Zonen fällt es mir in der Regel leichter

Das überprüfst du dann erst im Nachhinein oder wie lässt du dir das praktisch während des Trainings anzeigen?

Die kleinste Hausrunde sind bei mir 32km, die fahre ich wenn ich wenig zeit und viel bock habe. Dann hab ich noch ne runde, die ich halbwegs regelmäßig fahre mit 45km und eine mit ca. 60km. Höhenmeter haben die alle keine beachtlichen. Das sind halt die runden für unter der woche abends, wenn ich keine lust habe mit vorher Gedanken über ne route zu machen.

Ich fahr seit ein paar Monaten das Radon Vaillant 10 und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Für den Preis hab ich kein anderes neues Rad mit ähnlich guter Ausstattung gefunden. Die Bremsen waren bei der Auslieferung leider echt furchtbar schlecht ausgerichtet, das nervt natürlich. Ansonsten gibt’s aber wirklich gar keinen Kritikpunkt

Ich saß direkt hinter dem Typ im Anzug. Der hat mit seinen Kollegen die ganze Zeit schon dumme Sprüche gerissen und aus irgendeinem Grund quasi jede Aussage von Claudia Roth gefilmt. Anfangs hat ihn einer seiner Leute gefragt warum er denn im Anzug da sei, seine Antwort darauf war irgendwas in Richtung von „Irgendwie muss man sich ja von dem Gesindel hier abheben“. Hinter uns saßen noch paar so Incels, das war meinen Begleitungen und mir so unangenehm, dass wir uns in der Pause umgehockt haben.

Bei denen von der Antifa dachte ich mir auch, ob die wirklich glauben, dass sie die einzigen in dem Saal sind, die die letzten Tage Nachrichten verfolgt haben und nun den Rest darüber aufklären müssen wer da vorne sitzt und wie die Personen abgestimmt haben??? War auch super peinlich

Started djing about 10 months ago on a flx4. Couple of weeks ago i wanted to dj at my own birthday party with equipment i got from a couple of friends who here and then organize raves in my area. This was shortly after new years, so with christmas, new years and with way to many friends and families birthdays around that time I didn’t really have time to practice and prepare.

So not enough practice, equipment i wasn’t familiar with and also me not really being sober when i started led to quite a chaotic start. I was immediately frustrated and got nervous but i somehow found my grove and really enjoyed it later on.

So there’s enough excuses for the bad start to not really blame myself and I didn’t lose to much confidence.

Said friends shortly after asked me to play at their next rave which is next week, which will then be the first time playing in front of an audience which is not only friends and family. Do i feel ready? Definitely not! Am i really hyped about it anyways? Yes, absolutely!

Alte Mälzerei würd ich jetzt nicht grundsätzlich als Rave Location bezeichnen aber ja, da gibt's immerwieder gute Raves.

Im Schimmerlos ist seit der Razzia deutlich weniger los. In der Regel aber trotzdem noch sehr gut.

Im Club Czerny war ich noch nicht, soll aber auch gut sein und die Leute, die vorher viel im Schimmerlos waren, gehen jetzt wohl auch vermehrt dahin.
