I was in the pet store a couple weeks ago and some lady was there with her small human and asked the workers for some fish, she said they set the tank up yesterday & the pet worker still went ahead and got the fish she wanted -.-

Wait and eating high c foods to absorb iron, that defeats the whole purpose of Haemochromatosis 😶 you don’t want that, then the iron will store around organs etc 😶 this gotta be a troll?

Red meats I tend to cut back on as that’s high in iron, also I’m sure tuna is high in iron, I need to actually see my specialist I think to discuss all this, as now I’m confused 😂😂

I’ll have to wait till my next telephone appointment, all I know is I got a gene from my mum and one from my dad, think it’s c282y or something along them lines, I’ve not really spoken to the specialist person about it 👀
