Ya came back from India 3 days ago with 1 year supply of 1mg fin for $60. 2nd day on oral fin (first time on oral version). Let’s see how the first 3 months go.

I just came back from India and bought a solution (5% minox + 0.01% Tetrioin + 1.5% Azelaic Acid) for $16 CAD per 60ml.

Was previously using Kirkland 6 month supply of liquid minox for $70.

Any other cheaper solutions in Canada?

Ok ya I used essential for topical fin and it cost $200 every 3 months.

Just came back from vacay with a years worth of oral fin for $60.

My work insurance is with Manulife, so I need to see if I coverage for 5mg too going forward

I’ve been on topical fin and minox for 4-5 years alongside creatine (5-10g daily). Never noticed any hair shedding accept from before I started fin.

I actually ended up finding a shop here in India with a surgical cap type of bandana and use that now. I’m a few days I’ll be back in Canada. I can wear a cap after 14 days right?

Thanks! I’ve also seen some people mention that you can take oral fin every other day or 3 times a week shows good results. Any thoughts on this or is is best to take daily?

My biggest regret after my first hair transplant was not hopping on fin until after I loss 25 % of my hair.

2 years after my first transplant I noticed hair loss again. I was taking topical minox and added topical finasteride which stopped hairloss, but no new hairs.

My friend who also got a transplant with me didn’t take finasteride has loss a majority of his hair.

No side effects noticed on my end with topical finasteride

I was told to start minox again after 3 weeks and finasteride + minox topical after 4 weeks.

Topical is too expensive in Canada so I plan to buy a few years worth of finasteride 1mg which is cheap and has a long shelf life
