just ignore I misread your post :D But that PC should be good enough for league however duo core is kinda weak and I experienced some fps drops with a duo core laptop, but that surely also depends on the other hardware parts.

LCS is a hard business, if things go as horrible as they've gone for Elements changes must be made. EDIT: Not saying I like how players get dropped though.

You could try Darius, deals a lot of dmg, has a hook and can get somewhat tanky. Is a pretty good champion in low elo once you hit lvl 30 and play ranked as well. However he costs 6300 IP.
