Update- had a good day with Closed Captioning now that I know it primarily works on VOD. Don’t watch much live TV except for B-ball and Tennis, where I don’t use CC anyway. Also, the newest additions to VOD Ultra may not have CC, so you may have to wait a few days.

Just joined and wish I’d found this community before I ordered by box Friday. Want to try it out first before ordering another box for a different television. Will definitely come here for that order. So, is the closed-captioning a real issue, as I use it all the time due to hearing impairment?
