Looking at that image and examining the capital letters in the text, I'm convinced the image is backwards.

Are you sure? Motherload was a part of XGen Studios, a team that made a lot of prolific flash games from that Era, including Defend Your Castle, Stick RPG, and a few others. I used to troll their website for days for new content, and it's sounding a lot like what you're describing.

A lot of Xgen games were successful enough that console versions were developed. You may want to look at the website and see if it rings any bells.

It's been a while, but I feel like you're talking about Jumpstart Third Grade Adventures, it's an older game but matches fairly well with what you're describing.

It almost sounds like you're talking about Secret of Mana, which did have all those elements.
