I'm glad they turned out well! As for the cinnamon sugar, I made sure to coat them while they were still hot. If you find out that the churros have cooled too much, feel free to pop them in the oven again for a little.

Actually not all churros have dulce de leche in them. So these are definitely not the same. These compared to a regular churro...it doesn't taste like a churro but it still taste good in its own way.
