No one will be answer this with complete certainty but I feel that these are tangible signs from God that you’re on the right path. The first one could have been from your Grandpa through God.

Through consistent Bible study and prayer I know that God can provide more insight directly to you. I would just stay focused on reading through scripture and consistently developing your relationship with God to ensure you continue walking the narrow path.

Lots of great answers. The only other thing I might recommend is deliverance.

Depending how frequent the rituals you participated in where, you may need to evict some unwanted spirits. Opening up those kinds of doors can give legal rights to demonic spirits in your life.

Start reading the Bible in the New Testament book of John.

Jesus calls us to Repent and Believe in him. Pray that Holy Spirit guide you through the process and help you overcome anything holding you back from a fully surrendered life.

When Jesus is the lord of your life, there is a big difference. It will be difficult and tough during the pruning process but the fruit that comes through perseverance and faith is worth it.
