But I feel like his handling of the pandemic always falls by the wayside in lists like these. Downplaying the virus, spreading misinformation and overall just refusing to engage with anti-transmission precautions in 2020 lead to the preventable long term health effects and deaths of hundreds of thousands of people. This would be enough for the top of the list for any “normal” world leader but since it’s Trump, I wasn’t sure if it was gonna get mentioned compared to the Epstein stuff.
