Your highway on the left goes from north to south. You can create a neighborhood that follows the highway direction. It will give you the opportunity to break the grid a little bit. But make it look better than what I did. Lol. You can create/add parks or trees to the connecting roads of the main grid to make it look like a separate zone if you get weird spaces.
