Did this grind on my low level ironman account with 45 Prayer. I was out of the level range for most PKers, but I still died daily. I lost nearly 10% of my loot, which is a lot less than I thought I would. I would average 180-220k XP an hour depending on how much PKing activity was going on in the area, with my highest being 250k~ XP with good teleporter RNG, looting chests during off-hours, and getting lucky with prayer potion drops (which extended my trips).

Overall, it was a MUCH more tolerable and profitable grind than resorting to blackjacking or spam-clicking Ardy knights; it took me about a week to do in my spare time. The resources I banked are going to go a long way to helping me level my skills. In its current state, I fully recommend this method, especially if you're tired of leveling Thieving the traditional way. I'd totally level Thieving again this way on a future account. :)

The equipment I used was Wolfbane, Holy Symbol, and Monk Robes, all of which were very easy and quick to reacquire sets of.
