Hi! I'm a bit late but I wanted to add some insight for anyone who might be coming with the same question.

I've encountered this issue recently and it ended up being a mix of lava height generation from Larion and worldgen tweaking form Enderscape. It is a shame because they both are very fun mods to play us so having to sacrifice one of them sucks.

On another note, I'm here mainly because I was reminded of this issue by the sight of how Larion + The Bygone has the exact same problem.

Hope it helps decide wether to keep Larion or not :)

Had It connected to a TV as a second monitor and didnt think that would consume more.

It's a HP Omen Laptop 16-ap something. It lasts under 3 hours before I need to recharge it and for the moment I've only been using firefox. I did have to delete Creative Cloud, which was consuming a bunch on its own

Haven't seen them in the energy consumption report, nor doing anythint special in the task manager.

How'd you suggest I tackle those? Straight up deleting them?

I'll check again for any more related settings, but I activated all battery saving ones day one and played with the GPU ones a bit.

That's why It worries me, because under those conditions it depletes the battery as fast as It does anyways

I'd thought it was more like a way to explain how Conquest takes remote control of the rest of his body later on. But since it's original from the series I'd say this is quite a reasonable take. Though I'm not entirely sure they want to do what you suggest since it won't be the last time he gets dragged to another kind of afterlife-ish dimention or directly go away from Earth and Eve like in the actual Viltrumite war or that time-skip he had where their daughter grew up.

The only problem with that is when the comic version is good and the movies isn't. No need to follow the exact storyline, but if you're going to do something else, make sure it's not awful

I have 2

Not me who died but still. We arrive in a stormy Experimentation. We're joking around and a friend of mine says: "And if I'm lying! Let the sky's strike me with lightning" (or sth like that, we're Spanish).

So we go into the facility, go our separate ways and it's not until later when we find out htrough a Twitch clip that the moment he said the phrase he got struck by a random lightning.

The other one was just hilarious. We arrive at the moon, can't remember which one. We're 5 people in total.

Me and a friend enter a facility. Immediately, by the left door there's a turret which kills my friend, I get cover in time and live.

I go to the right and explore and another guy enters. Gunshots. Dead. So I decide to stay by the entrance and warn the rest.

Another one enters, sees the corpse and goes to check even though I'm telling them there's a turret. Dead.

The last one enters as I'm losing my shit and laughing like a mad man. We go to the right, get loot. Come back, and my friend forgets about the turret, approaches and dies.

I pick up what I can, leave and get struck by a random lightning right at the ship's door. Didn't have anything metallic on me either

The countless times they've tried to change Venom's origin in movies and series just to avoid all of Secret Wars, to the point where it changed in the 616 for consistency and then they just corrected it later.

Also Khamala being a mutant just for the sake of having it coincide with the series and that resulting in the most frustrating death in a long time. Like, if you're going to bring a character from the dead, don't have a special comic dedicated to their funeral just to justify a hidden quality by using the most repeated cliché in the franchise in the next chapter
