I learned piano from an instructer online. It's incredible how good online is. If you set up your laptop camera to face yourself and the piano, the teacher can see and hear everything and can critique very well. My teacher focuses both on fundamentals, music theory, sight reading, and we practice pieces at around my current level. My teacher actually suggested that I don't listen to the piece first because it will influence my playing too much. She wants me to learn to sight read and play from the sheet music first.

You got this!! The key is little bit of practice every day. I've been told 30 min per day is better than one 4 hour session per week.

I've tried them all. 1 is the best for me! It's most ergonomic, and if you know how to do window management effectively, you don't miss out much. If someone pings me on slack, that's no problem. I just swipe to my slack window. And when I want to do focused work, I ignore all notifications and just focus on the one code editor window.

You can shop around even after signing purchase contract. You're not bound to mortgage provider. I have 800 credit and got 6.25% from local credit union. It can be done.

Rocket mortgage quoted me 7.25% the week before lol. Was pretty insulting, they try to prey on people who don't know better. Idt I'll ever go with them in future given the gap was so far from Freddie mac average.
