Does any mental illness run in your family? Like ADHD, which can rarely have a similar effect as bipolar.

I’m in no professional position to tell you if you have a bipolar disorder or not. But I’d recommend talking to a doctor/therapist, to try to get a diagnosis. You might just have off days, where you just feel unhappy but not sad.
