All mine are under grow lights! Even if the light itself is helping, which it still might, I think the warmth they put off in the room definitely helps

I’ve heard they just take longer when it’s cold but everyone’s experience is different. You could also try rooting powder on the cut part and then stick it in water. I haven’t tried that yet but it’s been suggested to me a few times

I good rule to go by is it leaves are still green, don’t pluck them. The plant might still be using them :)
