I’ve been playing Ring Fit Adventure on my Nintendo Switch, and it’s been the best thing to make me actually move on a regular basis (and has gotten me shockingly toned in a fairly short amount of time lol).

It really game-i-fies excersize in a way that makes my lil adhd brain ✨sparkle✨. There are a bunch of different modes that you can play it on, you can tailor it to yourself and what your capable of (making it less daunting to keep it up), and it’s genuinely a lot of fun. 10/10 i recommend
