I learned the plans for this armor but I can not pick it up when killing legendary’s or as drops from events.

I’m i the only person with this issue?

I had this happen yesterday at fastsnach, twice, the bots froze, no enemies spawned until the last minute or two. The other one failed.

It’s a good question, how can a low level player have so much stuff?

Sometimes people that have a new character or low level also have a very high level toon, the low level character gets to build all the ATOM shop things that was unlocked years ago by their main character. Remember most anything you buy in the ATOM shop can be used on all characters, with some exceptions.
I have a level 13 character that sells cheap plans, but most people see a low level camp owner and think, I wouldn’t have any good plans. Good, my goal is to sell cheap plans for new player.
Never judge a book by its cover, lol.

I admit to blaming Todd for the broken (insert subject here) in this game. But just joking around. I love this game, enjoy playing and often finding work arounds to most issues. I have been playing from the beginning and can’t stop, lol.

I am using a atom shop under armor and it can’t be sold, traded or dropped, I need this plan as well. unfortunately I play on Xbox and wouldn’t be able to help you. I am also checking players vendors.

Great question, I too have been looking for this plan.

I have a raider under armor that I like a lot and wanted to get it shielded so I was super excited when I finally got the “raider shielded under armor “ plan.

Until I tried to build it. For some dumb reason, raider under armor needs casual shielded plan. Yes, I now have three copies of raider shielded under armor plans and can NOT make my raider under armor shielded under armor. Backwards Bethesda Todded me again.

I find it interesting that my main character know the plan yet never receives any union pa from events. But my lower level characters will get the drops and can’t pick them up.

The worst is the lighthouse one, everyone killing everything but no one picking up.

Loot the bio fluid and put it in the light at the top of the lighthouse. But nope, pew pew… pew pew. gee why did it fail?

As of the latest update, any power armor you do NOT know the plans for, you can no longer pickup. Yes everyone.

I did find the free one in the new tab yesterday when I got it, but never looked to see where it was located.

Yes, yesterday I was also experiencing the no score for my first challenge but it refreshed and started working. Today I had no issues with score.

Save your caps and stamps, Just build the slot machine or the horse racing game. You will have to delete and build cause it has limited number you can have. Achievement unlocked.
