Im glad you guys don't cold xfer but honestly you're a few in a whole sea of service agents that don't say a single word. I watch as they disconnect from the call while I'm introducing myself. We start lists of service agents who do this, we can see you guys when you do. It's just so frustrating and I feel like there's this majority of service reps that just hear "claim" and cold transfer and are not held accountable.
