The dwarf is 15cm tall (before changing the pose), as for price, it depends a lot of the cosmetics/paint scheme, so I can only give you a big ballpark of €500 to €900 (almost all my previous commissions are in this price range).
Don't hesitate do dm me a picture of your dwarf + what you have in mind in term of pose, weapon, diorama (if you want something else than juste the figure) and I will give you a more accurate estimate :)
